Some evenings back family people invited us x go to this place, we were titubanti seen the previous reviews, we went x pizza and we found ourselves very well in everything, indeed really good pizza, cooked at the right point, crispy, with good flavors, accompanied by a good beer, and waitress always with smile, on the account I can not express that we were offered, however we will come back and I highly recommend it.

Having noticed that the room had a decent play area for children, we decide to win a table near the area by booking a table two days in advance. We go on the agreed day to the agreed time (we were about 10 minutes in advance): they had lost our reservation. No table available near the games. The boy, who two days before had taken the reservation, remembering, finds us accommodation in the area adjacent to the one with the games: we survive, with us are the elderly grandparents and children are eager to play. Spend about twenty minutes, we raise someone to order as children are hungry. We're going to have a girl, rather opposed. Minutes not changeable: vegetables are possible on bruschettes, but the same vegetables at the dish, no, you can not have. Whatever. We order pizzas, bruschettes, chips and roasts and, of course, drinks. After another half hour, no trace of drinks. Water zero, in full August. After a second pickle comes the beers. But for the water we had to wait further. Pizzas, bruschettes and chips arrive shortly after, good. For the roasters, an infinite wait. About two hours after our arrival. Little cooked, we ate a lot better. It was too late, we ask shortly after some coffee (for half of the commensali) and bitters. We decide to leave soon after. Dulcis in fundo, incorrect account (counted coffee for everyone, noted and refunded). If you don't need to keep children on inflatables during dinner, run from this place.

I wondered why the reviews were so negative, now I understand! Not so much for food (objectively roasters are good, as well as pizzas and bruschettes), as for service, absolutely embarrassing. Fortunately the games that have next to the room (elastic hoop, swings, slides) kept the children busy while we adults expected... Between the command and the arrival of food passed about an hour, with only two waiters panicking because forced to serve alone dozens of people. But the maximum was when the owner (believed) arrived, who with fierce air yelled at all: It is useless that you complain, we are few and you have to wait!!! In normal times we would have gone, but the situation was so surreal that we laughed and tried to enjoy the summer evening. Of course I'm upset at all.

To the request to lower the volume of the music too high, which gave possibility to have a normal conversation, we are teased and mistreated by the managers/owners of the premises. never again!!! not recommended
