Bidra med feedbackMediocre, at best. There is a problem when the Chinese food you get is better from the mall. The place is stuck back in the 70s-80s and needs a major improvement. And overall, the one time we were there, we were overcharged and the guy who helped us, who spilled half of the soup because of his shakiness, couldn't properly communicate to fix the bill.
The incredible selection of gluten free options is like no other Chinese restaurant I've been to. And that's just scratching the surface of this incredible place. Best Chinese food the Peking Beef has flavors that keep you just going back for more (not to mention the tender beef with a crispy exterior). The staff here is kind, friendly, and provides excellent service. We travel just to come here. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
This is a family owned local business that does an amazing job catering to their customers. The food is delicious (especially the hot and sour soup best I’ve had) and they seem to be super accommodating to allergies.Jane the owner is welcoming with a razor sharp memory for people. Ask for something and if they can do it they will.
The is the MOST HORRIBLE experience that we had with a restaurant here in Massachusetts after living here for more than 10 years. In short, don 't go if you don 't want to get ripped off and unfairly treated.This lady (maybe the owner herself) offered no service during the entire meal. There are the breakdown: No menu. We need to look on some website that doesn 't even scroll to the 2nd page to see the dishes. We had to write down the dishes ourselves on a sheet of paper since she said taking orders is not an option. No one came by during the entire meal to provide any services.When we got the receipt, an automatic tip was added to our bill. We were told that there is a small sign in the front that says 18% forced tip will be added to our group of 3 people. We were shocked. Even worse, I went ahead and calculated it, they added actually about 20% tips.I talked to that lady and she started yelling at me. With no service, or most likely, a negative service, she overcharged us close to 20%.Another point is that even though she is Asian, she is against her own race. We went in there first, 15 mins before the next group, she served the next group first who has no Asian in the group.In short, please don 't go.
No service(you have to find the menu yourself, write the order yourself, pack the leftovers yourself into horribly small boxes) but fixed 18% tips. Long wait for the food and no water even asked twice..The food is OK, or not fresh or use low quality meat.In ten years, I have been this place for 4 times and each time it makes me very unhappy and so was this time.
