The service of the waiting staff was excellent, but the bartender was pretty bad. We had to send our drink order back twice and end with iced tea. The steak was perfectly cooked and the salmonashimi of my wife was great. Food is definitely a 5, drinks are about a 1.
Three Seattle area foodies discovered this fantastic run for the border sushi restaurant. Kobu's chefs truly rock! Inventive fresh combinations, a killer variety of sauces, libations worthy of Seattle drinkers (try the Belching Beaver IPA) and a stellar happy, fun staff!
