Gorditas Doña Esperanza

I went with my family, the order took too long. They made a mistake with the order, we still accepted it understanding the error, but in addition to the delay they took longer with the waffles that were for my nephew. For which when we complained we saw how the girl at the bar was barely connecting the waffle maker, when the waiter had already brought the other dishes to other diners who had arrived after us. My husband expressed to the waiter his annoyance at the delay and the poor organization. I had to stop to get napkins and cutlery for the waffles, the rest of us had already finished eating. It is urgent that they pay attention to employee training as well as teaching them how to solve problems. Here the correct thing would have been for the waiter to have apologized for the events and thanked them for the visit. As for the food, it is really exquisite but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

We've been waiting for half an hour for 3 gorditas, I don't recommend it. Update. The food was not worth the wait.

TRY SOMETHING NEW: SIMPLE MUFFINS: VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTO, VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE WHEN IT 'S NO FUN TO PREPARE THEM. NOTHING EXTRAORDINARY AND VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY SERVE ME. NUTELA AND STRAWBERRY CREPES: BAD, IT 'S A THIN FLAVORLESS HOTCAKE....EVERYTHING WATER AND A SHORT CREAM.. AND LET 'S GO BACK TO WHAT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT WAS... AS THEY SAY: SHOE MAKER TO YOUR SHOE ... TRY TO HAVE A MORE AGILE SERVICE IN THE KITCHEN THAN YOU KNOW HOW TO DO EXCELLENTLY... FATS!!
