Bidra med feedbackAt Davio's the food is amazing, the service and waitress are really nice, and the atmosphere is nice and calm, not to loud. Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options, would like to see more in the near future. Parking: Parking is nice and easy to find and not too far from the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: They offer kid menus, alongside a coloring page and some crayons and kid friendly Tupperware.
I came to Davio 's last night for my birthday. Our server was Ian, and he made the night extra special.. I was having a filet, and wanted a glass of red wine. I usually love to go with a Barolo, but that was out of my price range for last night. I asked Ian what to get, and he recommended I try Nebbiolo. It was spectacular! I would 've never thought to try that if he didn 't recommend it. He was charming, witty, all while staying very professional and also very knowledgeable about the dinner menu and wine. Then came time for dessert. We ordered a couple of desserts, which Ian then brought out on a big wooden board that read Happy Birthday written in chocolate. It was a breathtaking presentation. Im not one to usually leave reviews, but if I could rate Ian 's service more than 5 stars, I would. Ive truly never experienced such amazing service.
The menu is brilliant. Whether you choose appetizers, mocktails, wine, main course, or dessert, you can't go wrong. The staff is friendly, professional, witty, and top quality. It's definitely pricey; however, it is worth it. Dietary restrictions: Excellent GF MENU one of the best in Boston
Truly a rare gem!Deliciously prepared food, excellent service and a relaxing ambience atmosphere!
The service was fantastic. The food, not so much. For the price, not worth it at all.The calamari was awful, chewy and bland. The salad had huge pieces of uncut lettuce. The short ribs left much to be desired. Their variety of steak was also lacking.Do not order the chocolate cake for dessert. Big disappointment. There are far better steak places. Save your money, or instead try Fleming’s or Del Frisco’s.
