Cucina Sophia - Fountain Valley

I’m thrilled that the Italian restaurant near us has finally opened, and we decided to try it out last night. I'm so relieved that I no longer have to travel to Huntington Beach for Italian food, as Cucina Sophia is just a short walk from my house and offers everything I love. The food is absolutely fantastic! We started with the polenta with mushrooms as an appetizer, and for my main course, I enjoyed the lamb with saffron risotto. My husband, being Italian, absolutely loved the Cioppino. The chef and owner, Henry, was wonderful and personally attended to the guests with great charm. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, which was the best I’ve ever tasted. The service was also excellent and prompt; our Italian server was very friendly and amusing. We will definitely be back!
