Ayres Fountain Valley

Family-friendly, very clean, and good service. It has a convenient restaurant inside the hotel. I stayed there with my 12 and 9-year-old boys.

The hotel is pretty new and very clean. The lobby has nice furniture and decorations. We had two king bedrooms which were very spacious. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Ms. Summer, the Assistant General Manager, was very sweet and kind when she helped us check in and also suggested a few places to go.There were plenty of parking spaces (front, back, and around the hotel). My parents liked the complimentary breakfast.This hotel is located 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport and from the Vietnamese (Asian) town (West Westminster Bolsa). The city hall is walking distance and the police station is literally right next to the hotel, so rest assure you are safe.Overall, my family and I had a really good experience here.Rooms: Spacious and clean.Nearby activities: Lots of nearby beaches like Newport, Long Beach, Crystal Cove, and Huntington.Malls: Irvine Spectrum, The Source OC, Fashion Island South Coast PlazaCatalina Island: 30 minutes to Long Beach Terminal ExpressSafety: Very safe. The police department is right next to the hotel (walking distance).Food drinks: Lots of Asian (specifically Vietnamese) restaurants, cafes, and markets

Right next to the freeway. Close to the beach. Rooms were nice and very clean. I had a great stay.

Staff is amazingly courteous I question the unavailability of Maintenance after 5pm. Do things only breakdown between the hours of 8a 5p? We had to move rooms because of a broken AC unit. a Real inconvenience.
