Bidra med feedbackEverybody giving Tony's a 4 or 5 star either got lucky or have incredibly low standards. I've given them so many second chances and are let down every time. The restaurant is ran exclusively by teenagers with no work ethic and zero management oversight. Just went in the other night with a family coupon for two large pizzas. Girl at the counter takes my coupon, sets it to the side, and proceeds to still read off the original full price. When questioned she brushes it off as being taxes. I didn't know food tax was almost 50% in Fountain Inn ?. Whatever, didnt want to make a scene, just learned my lesson and won't ever be back. I'm sure DHEC would be interested in the obvious filth in the kitchen seen even from the order counter as well. After all that, the pizza is rather mediocre anyways. Go to Dominos instead.
Ordered for the first time tonight. I had the Italian in honor of national Salami day. It was delicious. I ordered the cinnamon bites for a ate night snack and wow! So good. Will be back to try the pizza next.
Horrible pizza and experience. Keep your money just buy a Digiorno. Ordered a large Supreme with no green peppers or black olives. My husband picked up our order on his way home from work in Ft inn and we live in Woodruff. Way too far to return the pizza, so I called. The guy who answered is the one who originally took my order. The pizza makes it home it has everything I asked not to be on it plus it has pineapples and banana peppers. Don’t believe it is a large either bc it only had 8 slices. I call Tony’s Pizza back and explain what has happened and that my order isn’t correct. He just sat there in silence after he told me that both their medium and large pizzas both have 8 slices. Not believing that one. He just sat their in silence, no apology no nothing. I told him that was my first time ordering from there and it will be my last. My dog would not even eat the pizza.
Unfortunately I have to give less stars due to my moms cheesesteak order being cold. She ordered 4 Philly cheesesteak supremes and the meat was cold. Being completely honest, the wings were great, and as a “mostly” weekend regular it was strange because the cheesesteaks are always hot and super good. I would still order again though because its never like that.
This was my families first and last visit. The food was horrible. I ordered bacon and cheese fries, my oldest son had ordered fried pickles, my youngest son ordered chicken tender plate. Each plate was delivered at different times. The bacon cheese fries came first. They where over cooked and old. You could tell thet where sitting for dome time and redropped in the deep fryer. It really looked a mess. About 8 minutes later the chicken finger plate came out. You could tell just by looking the fries where hard and over cooked just old. The chicken fingers again, hard, old, and dry. Just like the bacon cheese fries they were redropped in the grease and brought out to the table. As for the fried pickles, minute and minute went by no pickles. What baffles me is the fact that uour prices are a bit expensive and yet you serve your customers garbage that you would not eat yourself. I ask for the ticket and told them we did not want the pickles and to remove the bacon cheese fries the young lady was rude. She stated can't refund if food is eaten I told her it was not eaten she stated she needed to see. I INFORMED her that plate looked the same way they brought it out. I found the service and the food to be poor. There is nothing but children working in the establishment. Horrible customer service. The waitress brought our drinks out with her hand on top of the glasses. Now that's just nasty I am not waitress but even I know better. I would really like the owner to either educate the workers on how to provide great customer service. Also be mindful don't serve customer what you would not yourself.
