Happy Lemon - Foster City

It's all in order for a boba place. the boba it selfe is not the biggest, but it gets the job done. taro boba taste has taro (kartoffato) cooked and is disgusting. don't understand.

When they go late in the evening, they can walk out of objects. good suggestions were made by the personal, I was happy with my refreshing drink.

Fast service, good tea, boppin ' music. Love the lemon and black tea. Tons of parking, a quick walk to a park. Really overall a nice location that I will return to. Another reviewer mentioned how dirty this location is and they are correct. Unsure if this location has a manager, the floors are dirty inside and out. The windows are filthy. These seem like the things you 'd do everyday before a shift starts but nobody is checking for cleanliness. And I don 't mean oh they are busy and didn 't get to it during the rush No, no, this is cumulative mess from people not doing the work.

I had the post 8:30pm cravings for a cake like Asian dessert. But wait Beard Papa, Mochinuts and Paris Baguette are closed at this time of day. What to do? Came here and got a bubble waffle with a dipping sauce (taro puff cream . No regrets! It scratched the cake itch and it was so delicious. It's like Mochinuts doughnuts meets waffles, the texture is rather mochi like. The taro puff cream was decent too. Thank you Happy Lemon! I never thought your non boba items would be this good. I'll be back ;

3.5. Located in a very nice corner inside Foster Square with a huge public parking lot. What I immediately noticed were the dirty floors, filthy tables, crumbs on chairs, and no gloves for handling the original egg puff waffle ordered. Waffle machine was very filthy dirty and not cleaned out. It took over 7-10 minutes to make the egg puff waffle. 2 customers ahead of us. We still waited until the last two customers finished getting their orders. They only had the original or chocolate. I wanted Orea waffle (they didn't have it). I asked for chocolate waffle (they didn't have it). Thank goodness I didn't ask for red bean waffle because they didn't even have that either. I ended up with only original. First batch of chocolate waffle was burnt, so they mixed it with the original to finish off. It still tasted good though. There were 3 employees busy working and all wore face masks. Plexiglass was up at the front counter. Credit cards accepted. Salted cheese A8 milk tea was also good at 50% sugar. I haven't noticed many places out there that weren't sanitized or cleaned out these days. They really need to vacuum, mop, and clean the floors. I was not impressed. Overall, food and drink was good, but nothing worth coming back to. A bug flew at my eyes even with my eyeglasses on and landed elsewhere while I was standing inside at the corner of the place next to the back entrance door. Happy Lemon? I was not too happy of a lemon today. Place should be working on improvements.
