2 large pizzas ordered, both were very dry and undercooked. sad

It is always crazy to lunchtime, long lines for pizza powder order, and the pick-up line is unclear, people are waiting in line for a while, then we are told that this is not the right line!!!! I was there 3 times in 2 months, always ran into the same situation, it must be repaired!
