Poor customer service and I feel my drink was ruined on

I come here almost everyday and the staff knows me well. I came thru one day and I was having a bad day, they wrote this to cheer me up! It worked! ?

My only complaint is, they didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip lol! I totally spaced that we paid card and didn’t leave a tip, so figured I could at least leave a nice review? Staff is always so sweet, and the coffee is literally the BEST in Humboldt county, hands down! I’ll be sure to tip double next time! ?

This is the best coffee around. I get a large 5 shot white mocha and I’m addicted. It’s the best. I come everyday. The girls are so sweet and deserve all the tips! Tip them well people
