Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fort Wright

Long wait time even though no line and no soap or paper towels in bathroom. No hand sanitizer filled on the wall. Pretty nasty for a restaurant.

I gave you a 3 star rating because your online store information was incorrect. Says you open at 9am and we were so excited. As it turns out, we made the drive only to find out you open at 11 am. The third star was given because you did refund my online order, thank you. Dairy Queen has THE best vanilla ice cream in the world, please never change that.

I was the only one in the drive thru. Placed my order, drove to the window, and no one there. Sat for about 5 minutes and nothing, drove off.

This store is always closing the dining room earlier than what they post as hours on the door. They force everyone to sit in the drive thru line because they don't staff enough workers. I would give this store Negative stars if given the option.
