I’m done with this place as of today. This last time that they forgot something in my order was it. The manager was rude and wouldn’t even apologize. She said it wasn’t done “on purpose”. ?So? I had to go all the way back to the store to get what should have been there in the first place. Understaffed and rude people.
By far the worst fast food restaurant and experience i’ve had. Tonight I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with three cars in front of me for just a sandwich. Every time i come here the service is always slow, the employees are rude and there have no initiative, or sense of urgency nor respect for their customers or their time, they mess up on orders and always give you an attitude as well. I believe higher management comes down to this restaurant and see that for them selves. They need a whole new and better trained staff. Very disappointed and wont be coming back sadly.
Didn’t receive any condiments, straws, or spoons. Had to eat nuggets with no sauce drink with no straw and eat a frosty with no spoon. There was no line so don’t understand why they made this mistake or couldn’t answer the phone to resolve this issue!
Please don't go here at night, the food is cold and nasty and so is the employees BAD attitudes!!!!!!!
