Online order was cold, picked it up at the time it said it was ready.
I did an online order for curbside pickup for myself and my coworkers and went on my lunch break to pick it up. My order had several sandwiches, none of which were labeled. Which means we had to open every one to know whose was whose. There were BARELY any toppings on all the sandwiches. I asked for jalapeños and there were TWO jalapeños on the entire thing. Also asked for extra lettuce and did not even receive the normal amount. The toasted sandwiches were cold and soggy, meaning they made them way ahead of time and all the ice was melted in my drink so it was watered down and gross. I called to speak to the store manager and she told me to bring all the sandwiches back so they could remake them. I told her I went on my lunch break and could not go back. She said she could get me a discount on my next order to make up for it but overall she wasn't very nice and didn't act like she really cared that there was a problem. I will probably never go back here.
