First, the staff were warm and friendly. Great! I had brisket which was only ok. To be fair, I'm used to great brisket in Houston so the bar is high. The moist/fatty part that I ordered was a little too fatty. The ribs were a bit on the dry side. This was at lunch time so not in the off hours. I've heard so much about Railhead from friends so will try it again when in theneighborhood .

Absolutely phenomenal. Can?t even hold the bone of the rib without the meat falling off. Best ranch style beans I?ve had in a bbq joint. Potato salad, coke slaw, French fries, doesn?t matter. You can?t go wrong with anything on this menu. We paid $35total for (2) Two meat combos with 3 sides, a soda and a goblet of beer. Super cheap for bbq in general but a steal for thequality.
