Mcdonald's - Fort Worth

A typical McDonald's. Fast service, never had an unfriendly service here. The restaurant is always clean, I've never been in the bathroom. No playground. Food: 3/5

Not good I didn't like the customer service the boy that was working there didn't seem to care and they got my order wrong and I couldn't go back since I am expecting everything to be right. When I went to work but I got a double meat Hamburger whatever it's call and I was disappointed. I was already clocked in couldn't go back to get what I wanted. So inconvenient Westworth village is better but I doubt this location wouldn't care about my opinion.

One of the worst Macdonald any one can visit, if you love Macdonald as I do avoid this shop otherwise it will leave you with total bad impression of Macdonald.I ordered quarter pounder meal, it took 5 minutes to complete the order, paid about $8.39 plus tax. Food came there was no drink, question why, she said drink wasn't included, then a few minutes later another staff looked at the receipt stated I should move forward that someone will get the drink to me, I waited 15 minutes drink never came, then went inside to get the drink ? it took another6 mins for drink to come having answered severalquestions, fries ? were all broken bits, and extremely cold, no empathy no compassion. No apology. Worst place!

I used the McDonald's app for the first time to pre-order and picked it up via the drive-thru. Usually, I check in my order before driving off. However, on this occasion, I decided not to second check to make sure all of my items were inside the bag. I got home, I discovered that I was missing my complimentary Large French Fries ? that they offer customers whenever it's their first ordering through the app! *Sigh* needless to say I was disappointed.
