A few employees acted like they were being bothered by questions or small inquiries

Not a bad place to go and have fun, but do know that any slight downside that you mention to staff/any small problem you might have is going to be used by managers to abuse their staff. Some of the managers in this building treat staff in the most disgusting ways I've ever had the displeasure of witnessing. EDIT The support page you linked don't even work, just leads to a 404 error

The food was good, My server was amazing and funny. However it's really loud and the lights from all the games tend to cause headaches, but I had fun!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Brooke the Sales Manager, Andrew, Logan, and our two hostesses that made our little Matthias's 5th birthday party the best ever. Your accommodations, food, service, game options, and just being awesome made our day the best. We had parents letting us know all weekend how this was the best birthday party ever!
