Long John Silver's - Fort Worth

The food was delicious, but people working there had absolutely no customer service skills. It was almost like talking to robots And when I went forward to get a to-go box, the lady waiting for me gave me something, only the food of a child left in ... and she was not kind at all. The cashier and himself must be properly trained. Just to say.

One of the best pieces fried fish in the city without spending three times as much in a chic restaurant. Can't even be better in the grocery store. Not as thick as 30 years ago, but as thick as I found, and I tried a LOT of drive thru fish. More crust than fish, but very delicious crust

Couldn’t give a zero star. 9:17pm and u have no tea or corn. Employee says they throw out the tea at 7:00pm. Who the hell does that at dinner rush smh. Food was so greasy. It taste like it had been sitting there for a while and they dipped in ur the vat to heat it up.

Food was ok. Chose drive thru, man they were soooo slow. Been years since I went there, and will be years before I go back.

DO NOT GO HERE! I thought that it was just me until I checked these reviews. I was argued down by staff over lobster bites. There was literally a few pieces in my box! I don't know if I was accused of eating them, but the lady went as far as grabbing a measuring cup to try and demonstrate how many that I should get. I promise I don't work hard daily to scam a few faux lobster snacks. Horrible customer service when they need all of the business that they can get.
