They got the order completely wrong. The display in the drive thru was broken so I couldn't confirm the order. Ended up spending $12 more because she made both burgers into meals when I wanted just one. Instead of spicy chicken, I got the regular chicken... Suggest you take as long as it takes to make sure they get your order right before you leave the window... Good luck
First of all they need to retrain their workers to have better customer service. No one wants to go and get asked after every item “ that’s it” let me finish my order instead of rushing me. 2nd the rude girl at the drive thru didn’t even give me a receipt and sure enough I get home and my order was wrong 2 items missing. I call the store and no one answers 10 plus calls. How is this restaurant running ? who is in charge? My food was not worth the 33 dollars and I can’t even get a hold of a manager. SMH
LOVED IT. First time and won’t be the last. So many different things to choose from.
I have never gotten Jack in the Box and been disappointed. Always good, fresh food and friendly service.
