Ihop - Fort Worth

Quality of food and help are poor at best. It used to be a good place. Lots of crime in area too.

This IHOP was our morning destination for breakfast every morning. Courteous and friendly staff. Good food and good price. Then, yesterday, 1/6/2021, something changed. IHOP is one of my favorite casual dining places, and my kids love it. Whenever we have a house guest, we make sure they get a taste of IHOP. The kids love going there late at night, when everybody in town is asleep! The best part about this place? Good quality food, and service second to none.

Food was good! The man (in red shirts) that were the Hosts were very nice!!The waitress for our table was rude and had attitude from the beginning of us seating down. She put in our order wrong, hardly checked on us to see if everything was okay. When leaving our check she didn’t talk to us and just placed it on the table as she walked by. However when we went to the register to pay and someone else was ringing us up she told them she would do it. She had a better attitude and thanked us after she saw that my partner left her tip.

Extraordinarily slow service (35 min for a burger and salad). Got one glass of water for the entire meal. Also for salads all we have is ranch, as it was being served. Maybe say that when you take the order? I used to love IHOP. This place is not what I remember.
