Cicis Pizza - Fort Worth

We ordered online, wait was not bad. Quality of food was ok, but not fantastic. The price is good.

This place is by far the worst Zicis I've ever had. If I had no stars. I tried to order a fresh pizza and the worker looked at me as if he didn't know what I was talking about and told someone in the register. When I told the guy in the register, I wanted to order a pizza he looked at me and left me, the pizza I ordered never came out. I just ate a cold old pizza that was on the line and a few pasta that was boiled over. I was hoping that the dessert was all right and the brownies were already stabbed and the rolls were cold and hard. I will definitely not come back.

Cicis, don't expect gourmet pizza. Come here for cheap pizza and eat a lot. Service was good, employees are fast to delete the plates from the table. You can always ask for your favorite pizza if you do not see it and they will get it

Absolutely the worst. No pizzas or desserts. My husband asks for little paprika. I have pictures of empty service area and manager and several employees laugh and show on our table. The manager laughed at us and showed us. We are 76 and 80 and have never seen such contempt that these children have shown us not only but the other girls. Then I read the reviews and see that this happens quite often and the complaints come again and nothing changes so obviously your reviews are very entertaining for the employees and owners. Never go back.

The food was great and the dessert was delicious. We asked for a certain pizza and without any hesitation it was made fresh and hot. All the employees I came in contact with were great! ?
