Chuy's - Fort Worth

We ordered water and no apps and right away it was clear our server was planning to not spend very much energy on our 2 top.We casually ate the first round of chips and salsa, not quickly, but still waited 7-8 minutes for a refill.We weren’t offered any napkins, no check backs, etc. Servers walked past as our chips and salsa sat empty.Ordered food, came out quickly, but hers was completely incorrect. They took another 8 minutes to correct it, by which point mine was cold. Her’s then arrived correct, with hot rice and beans, on a cold plate. The tacos were cold as well. I finally bit into my burrito and it was so salty my stomach turned. I would have given them a chance to make it right, but the server didn’t make a 2 minute check back, rather, it was about 10 minutes before we saw her again.This is a clear example of what not to do to retain guests.Best of luck to you all, I won’t be back.Edited to include the final kicker; we asked to speak with management and then sat there for another 6-7 minutes. At that point we decided to leave, but here comes the manager, walking right past us, no intention to even stop and check.

Love Chuy’s and Caitlyn is a SUPER server great customer service and very friendly.

The atmosphere was pleasant. My only complaint, and it's small, would be that the chef should use real cheddar on the kids items rather processed. Other than that it was definitely delicious

Food was amazing this is the reason why I gave this review 2 stars, but I had the worst service ever. I've been to Chuy's in so many different cities and this the first time regret going to one. My server Elena forgot our queso and never mentioned it, I told her that we didn't need it and she didn't even said a word. My sister asked for a simple modification on her plate and they made it the regular way (I'm a server and I've been a cook it is not a science); the plate took so long to be ready, they just gave her the same one, and brought two fresh enchiladas on a separate plate. I tipped Elena 33% because I have a heart, but this was horrible costumer service. I never saw the manager approach to any tables either. One of my favorite spots in Fort Worth disappointed me.

Well, I have came to this location before had good service so I don't know what's happening this time..... I sat at the bar. Wasn't really greeted. Bartenders gave me water and then they never came back to me to offer if I wanted to order food or if I wanted chips and salsa. She proceeded to get herself Salsa and eat it. I'm here without any food.... I waited for 15 min and nothing.... no chips and salsa. Nothing..... then 2 customers came in and sat at the bar and she greeted them and gave them chips and salsa right away as I have nothing sitting in front of me. very disappointing. Probably won't be coming back to this location...... Pitiful service
