Chick-fil-a - Fort Worth

Order was delivered on time for once from Chick-fil-A and also the three meals were exactly as ordered plus the food was very good so thank you again keep up the good work we're definitely returning

Love this Chick-fil-A location. Very clean and staff is very friendly. The kids play area is a bit small in general, however, my little ones enjoy going to play eat. Great place to meet up with friends as well to chat while kids play.

Good place to come, especially if you have small kids. They have been fully operational since May 2022: open dining room and open playground. They were both closed for two years during the pandemic. Giving them 4 stars because they gave us no toys with our kids meal purchase during this particular visit.Kid-friendliness: They have a playground.

I had a salad and my wife had nuggets and fries I had diet lemonade and she had regular lemonade the food would be alot better if they stopped putting so much sodium in everything change the grease more often the food would be so much better for everyone make it more healthier

Not sure if it’s even worth writing a review, but I will. We don’t go to Chick-fil-A often because over the last year it’s become almost as expensive as a basic sit down restaurant. However out of the last 5 times we’ve been in the last two months, 3 times the order was wrong, where I had to go back through the long line in the drive thru to get the correct order. I order online and I feel like this should make it easier on the employees to not make a mistake such as miscommunication through the drive thru speaker. Their way of rectifying the issue this morning was allowing me to keep the wrong order they gave me to begin with. I don’t eat pork and each time ironically this being a mostly chicken restaurant, they give me an order with bacon on it, whether it’s to “rectify the mistake” or when it is the mistake. ? it’s unfortunate when you’re spending almost 10$ on only a chicken burrito, and a frosted coffee you get a ugly attitude from the teenager at the window the second time around, because she was too busy with a side conversation to get the order right in the first place. We’ll probably come back just because it’s the closest Chick-fil-A to us, however for future reference, don’t take their word for it, check the order before you pull forward.
