Taqueria El Ranchito - Fort Wayne

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and my wait time was about 60 minutes. I had no complaints since it was 11:30 on a Sunday. I ordered beef nachos and a steak burrito, both of which were well worth the price. The burrito was large and the nachos were packed with toppings. The burrito could have used a bit more flavor, but they didn't skimp on the steak and there were plenty of ingredients. The nachos were delicious and the prices were fair. I definitely recommend this place and give it five stars.

The food at this restaurant is generally good, though I ventured out of my usual choices and tried the Pozole, which I did not enjoy due to the clove flavor. I even had my family try it to confirm my taste and they also did not like it. I am grateful that the staff were understanding and did not charge us for the dish.

The tacos were good; I’m usually a taco purist of only steak, onion, cilantro, lime and salsa verde but the chicken was delicious. I’d get chicken tacos if I went back. The chicken tamale tasted like cloves and I couldn’t get past one bite. The rice was flavored well and the beans were “eh” to me.

The food was fantastic! The restaurant and restrooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, and all the staff members were incredibly friendly. I can't wait to return soon!
