Ruth's Chris Steak House - Fort Wayne

The Cheesecake at this restaurant is amazing! I absolutely adore it! The fresh fruit that comes with it is the perfect complement.

This is the second time I ordered carrott cake and the piece looks like it has been the bottom of the barrel "lets just get rid of this piece they wont care" or the last piece that has been cut into other pieces making this last piece smaller and misshaped than normal and not even what I would suspect they would serve in restaurant. They covered it in nuts im assuming to help cover it up. DISAPPOINTED! I was so looking forward to this cake and was down for paying $13 for the slice. The first time perfection.

I had never dined at Ruth’s Chris before, but decided to treat myself. We all shared a Tomahawk Ribeye and some sides. The crab cakes were tasty, and the sweet potato casserole was delicious. However, the steak seemed to be of subpar quality and was cooked closer to rare despite ordering it medium rare. It was quite disappointing for a $150 steak. I ended up having to bake it in a cast iron skillet in the oven for 15 minutes to get it to medium rare.

These were a little burnt. Only ordered because a friend had some and it was delicious. I dont think for 13.00 each that I should be able to SMELL the aroma of burnt.

Celebrate our anniversary tonight and we are so incredibly happy with our decision. Service was wonderful! The food and drinks were all divine! We even have a small anniversary contract from them. It was our first time that Ruth's Chris and Kara looked after us so well. We're coming back!
