Extremely slow service! that feels kind of like falling on the kitchen side, but still. also to be a sporty and to blow music, not really to the audience.

Reservations were worthless. We were put on wait when we got there and sat in order of arrival. Waited 1.5 hours for food. My meal was wrong. They offered to recook it but I didn't want to wait another 1.5 hours for my food. Then offered me something quick like fried food but then again I probably wouldn't get my food b4 the rest of my party was done eating. I was highly disappointed.

We normally love Buffalo Wild Wings but this experience was awful! It was New Year’s Eve 12/31/19 and I made reservations for my family and our friends family a total of 7 people) for 6:30p. When we got there every table was taken. We had to wait 15 20 minutes before we got a table... and did I mention I had a reservation? Once we were seated our waitress was prompt at getting our drinks and then said “by the way... did they tell you the kitchen is really backed up due to carry out orders for New Years so it may be over an hour before your food comes out?” We did not get informed of that when we came in. Needless to say... it took over an hour for our food to come out! We were there at 6:30p and didn’t get done eating until almost 9pm! I will say the food was good and the waitress was nice but the wait for the food was ridiculous! To me... you need to make sure to serve your customers in the restaurant first especially when you’re dealing with families with children) before worrying about those who are calling in orders. Was very disappointed!

The restaurant offers delicious wings and a great variety of food, along with plenty of seating space.

I used the OpenTable reservation app, and everything went smoothly. The restaurant was at 50% capacity, so there was no wait time. I absolutely love the traditional wings at BWW! The service was great as well.
