Firehouse Subs Beal And Racetrack

We came in for a quick lunch, there were no other customers so we were waited on immediately, great! Took quite a long time for two sandwiches, but luckily hubby and I enjoy each other's company. Here's the bad part, my sandwich was missing half it's meat and the little that was there didn't fit the whole bun. Super bummed!

Okay, so my friend and I went to 9/26 at 3:00. We were the only customers at the time, so they immediately accepted our order. During the order, the workers spoke and gave us the feeling that they didn't even want to be there. After our order, my friend had to ask for his drink because they spoke distracted. It took about 10 minutes until a sub came out with which we were all right because he ordered a big one. But the sandwich he was given was a medium??? Fortunately, the sandwich was made right. Thank God.

Nasty nasty nasty ? they are not clean and the hood don?t taste hood. The bread taste old. The order wasn?t right and portions are very small. I use to love and support them because my husband is a fire chief but it has gone down hill. I don?t know why these company?s are giving less food, less service, not clean and it don?t taste good ?like seriously pick a struggle.

The sandwiches was nice and hot. Just the way we like it. But they do need to fix the soft drink machine. Not many drinks and some of them are flat. Can't drink them.

My sub was tasty, with nicely toasted meat, but I found the cheese almost nonexistent, overwhelmed by the sauce. As for the others, my sister really enjoyed her sub, and so did my mother and stepfather. Overall, I'm giving this place a five-star rating, even though my own sub was more of a four-star experience.
