Bidra med feedbackI visited Charley's for lunch and had to wait in line for 30 minutes. When I finally reached the register to place my order, I found out they were out of lettuce, tomato, mayo, and lemonade. Initially, there were only two staff members handling cooking and taking orders, but when a third person arrived, the manager stopped assisting and went off to do something else. They really should have a sign indicating what items are unavailable, as it would have saved me a lot of time.
The food is quite good, typical of what you'd expect from a food court. I particularly enjoyed the bacon and three cheese dish. Worth the money!
I was actually quite impressed. It wasn't bad at all. In my opinion, the steak could use a bit more cooking, but aside from that, I found it to be great! The friendly and helpful staff were definitely a plus.
The food is decent overall. The PX has a limited food selection, but it's still one of my favorite spots. I did get some hassle from the cashier when I brought in Burger King for my kids (all from AAFES), but despite that, I continue to visit the PX regularly.
I really enjoy Charley's sandwiches and have visited nine different locations. However, this one could improve its customer service. They prepared the wrong sandwich for my wife, and the person at the register was quite impersonal. It felt very apathetic and disconnected. March 2019, 1:30 PM.
