Great grinds...Staff are GoodBut best food for the price

Dinery for locals. Really tasty food, to be honest. Not expensive. Reminds me of IHOP, but Oahu’s local dinery. Clean and good. Food is great.Parking: Free parking for customers

Have been going to Zippy's makiki since they opened. As everything kind of changed during the pandemic so did zippy's. The food before for some reason tasted better. The portions have shrunk not to starving areas but shrunk and with everything else that we know about the price has gone up. The staff and whoever hires the staff is still doing an awesome job the people that come and assist you are Pleasant cheerful and very attentive to your needs. It would be nice to get Zippy's back to where it was and maybe one day it will be but right now it's working on itself and it's doing a great job. Again, support local. I have a feeling at some point in time is someone born and raised here they will be our mainstay.

Only one problem, my friend couldn't fit in the booth because he's a XXXL person. So we moved to the regular chairs.
