Good service, great food. Will definitely dine there again.

Mother’s Day weekend so very busy. I think the staff is a bit inexperienced as to managing guests expectations when so busy and the kitchen is backlogged. We waited 45 minutes for our food from the time of order. Helpful would be to let customers know that the kitchen is backed up so might want to order appetizers. We ordered alcoholic beverages and water for the table which took about 15 minutes to arrive and then our food order was taken. Helpful hint if that busy take the food order as quickly as possible. We had someone come around only once more to ask if we want more water! When we asked how much longer for our food after 25 minute wait from time of order-it felt like the server was uncomfortable from that point on and avoided walking near or passed our table so we got no acknowledgement whatsoever from that point on. She made a point of walking through the restaurant and avoid our table and then rather than swinging by to check on us she went back the other way! At some point she raced passed us to tell us our order is up next and kept going but didn’t ask if we needed anything. I tried to get server’s attention for more water (that too was room temperature) but as mentioned she avoided our table or even liking at us. 10+ minutes after that our meals came and it was lukewarm

Excellent service. Server was pleasant, not pushy. Gave us all our options. She was prompt, helpful and extremely nice. The food was excellent, steaks were cooked to perfection, wine selection was very good. Would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be going back.

A truly most accommodating restaurant with a wait staff that goes above and beyond to ensure an outstanding dining experience. All members of our party highly recommend The Mill in Ft. Saskatchewan.

We waited an hour and a half for our food. Our food was cold when it arrived. We would have sent it back, but we were so hungry we just ate it anyway. Disappointing, as this was my first time at The Sawmill was looking forward to the meal.
