Pizza Delight - Fort Saskatchewan

I only gave them 1 star because I have to. I ordered a pizza online. I went to pick it up 30 min later. I was asked my name and then charged for the order. The girl went to the back to get my pizza, I could hear they were having a discussion. When she came out she phoned, I assume the manger, and there was a mix up. Then she called another customer and said they got the wrong pizza and asked them to bring it back, they agreed. Once she hung up I said I hope that was not my pizza that was taken by someone else, she said it was not. 5 minutes later she asked me if that was my pizza if I would take it if it had not been touched. I was appalled and said no because she could not guarantee that it had not been touched. They did offer to make me another pizza and it would take another 25 min, I refused and asked for a refund. Be very careful as this place might give you food that was taken by other customers and then returned. I would not recommend this place and I will never order from here again.

Ordered delivery for my grandparents anniversary. The steak sandwich my grandfather wanted came as just a thin, flip flop looking piece of steak with fries. Someone forgot the bread in the equation. Luckily I could fix it up for him.My Calzone was also overly seasoned and had this weird layer of what seemed like salt dusting the top. Scraped most of it off, it was manageable after.My mother and grandmothers dishes appear to be decent and they like them. Both got broccoli and chicken penne.If we order again it will be done cautiously. Probably carry out to check the food before taking home instead of delivery. Not impressed.

Pizza was really good. Calzones were great! Would order here again.

It sickens to have to give it even 1 star. Worst service and food my family and I have ever had. 47 minutes for the kids food to come out. Shortly after my medium steak comes out cooked to the point you could not cut it with a knife. They said it takes over 45 mins to cook a medium steak..... not to mention we were there 25 minutes before 3pm and the lunch special ends at 3pm and by time the guy came to take our order he said we could no longer order our food that we wanted from the lunch menu because it was 4 mins past. The other thing that annoyed us is that we were the only ones in the restaurant. Very disappointed and hope no one has to deal with this.

Horrible Customer service, horrible food-after waiting 45 min , asked for medium steak got well done , crispy chicken salad, chicken was cold.Never asked for refills or seen how we're doing .To top off the 45 min wait ... we were the only people in the restaurant... not sure why a 45 min wait...
