Fatburger Fort Saskatchewan

I was there today at approximately 1250 hours picking up my phone order. There was absolutely no acknowledgment from both workers, and they just continued doing whatever they were doing as I was standing at the front desk area waiting to pay for the order. Both workers made eye contact, and looked angry. If I am paying close to $30 dollars for a burger and fries, the least you can do is be welcoming and not throw the receipt at me!

My rating is based solely on the food as we never dined in. Ordered the Old Style Bacon Cheddar burger and Nacho fries on the side.I was very surprised with how good the burger was. Fully expected it to be dripping in grease and it wasn't. The Nacho fries were a nice addition to the meal. Will order from here when the burger craving hits again.

Cook was on his phone while cooking my food gross.. was told I would receive coupons as compensation for this experience of course that never happened.

The ambiance is very nice. All staff members are very friendly. Most important and attractive thing is hygiene, which i love about this place.
