Dunkin' - Fort Riley

Place is absolute slower than others. I went there two times but, they opened the drive-through only. I?ve been there 2 times and each time they have managed to mess up some part of my order. I ordered some doughnuts from the app,but they haven't. I asked them to refund me. But I still don't get refund yet.

Was ordering from the kiosk, but after ordering, they told us that if we order donuts, we have to order from the counter. What's the point of having the kiosk? They didn't have certain items on the kiosk, but it was there to order. They kept messing up on other people's order and they had to keep going back to the customer to ask what they ordered.

Out of skim milk which was fine, but they forgot our donuts and the experience of standing at the counter while multiple employees walked back and forth looking at us and ignoring us was the best part. Finally after about the 8th time that happened one of the employees actually asked us what we needed. Will not come again.

Its like every time I order from Dunkin Donuts. They never have what I needed and they always want to try to substitute but thats not the case.

They didnt have any glazed donuts, the egg was like rubber and tortilla so hard!
