Casey's - Fort Recovery

Big goth girl working had absolutely no basic customer service or common manners. She definitely needs a new job somewhere not dealing with the public.

Don't ever buy Vuse pods from this store. They are always dark brown and burn your throat brand new.

They're randomly closed throughout the day. They're currently closing at 5 pm as well. Kitchen is hit or miss on being open

Casey’s as a whole is great. Great selection of drinks and snacks. However the Fort Recovery location really struggles. Their hours are extremely inconsistent, they close without notice all the time. The drinks are rarely stocked and the kitchen is hardly open. The three times I have ordered food they messed up my order. Also, several times they have advertised deals on snacks or drinks. When you go there and cash out the deals are not honored. When I asked why the deal did not reflect on the price the answer I got was “oh we forgot to take down the sign” this happened months ago and to this day the sign is still up.

I always find Casey's to be clean and staffed with friendly folks. I have only tried the pizza, and I'm putting it right up there with Speedway pizza, which is still my favorite.
