If I could give zero stars, I would. that wasn't the first time they had a command or told me they forgot something. my last order was for delivery and we waited for over 2 hours for a delivery because they forget our order and it was missed. the food shows itself cold, mixed with other food item like salat in you alfredo pasta! Today we have the penetration, since our last experience was terrible with the delivery service and it was still wrong and it was far the worst, but it will be the last experience with dominos. the man and his employees are rude and their attitude is because they have no choice. instead of recognizing errors, it is the customers mistake that they did not check the intended order to ensure that it was complete. I would be in the regular understanding and would be easy, but the fact that kevin was the answer of managers was accusatory and debt was beyond infuriating. his answer to me was “so you have left the complete order” after his staff just informed me that they forget it and just call me! their only solution was that I go back to the pouring rain and pick it up or a loan because they are too busy! the days of great customer service and the maintenance of loyal customers are long gone and a thing of pastness. they could take care of less. I hope dominos group checks her franchises and realizes that bad customer service does not lead to any customer.
