Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Bad experience here! I normally come here but today it wasn’t a good experience at all! Food wasn’t the correct order, cold, stall. Manager was rude. They messed up another order gave it the wrong sauce and just used the old tenders and dipped them in another sauce! Instead of fresh tenders. Definitely would recommend something else to eat.

Online take out order placed on 3.20.24 5 for pick up on 3.21.24 4:15pm. When my husband arrived they told him it wasn’t suppose to be ready until 5. He showed them our confirmation stating 4:15 pick up. He asked for a manager to come out and Nesha “the manager on duty”proceeded to tell him she could show him where it says 5 o’clock, but when she returned to prove this she pointed to the time and date it was ordered and told him this is what we go by. My husband pointed to the part where it shows pick up time and date for 3.21.24 4:15pm and the only response he received was well that is all we go by and proceeded to tell him that is why our last order was late on pick up time also. No refund or apology was offered! Ridiculous and unprofessional.
