I am not one that ever complain and think to do a Google review is extreme. but I called up there and had a conversation with a young man who offered a unique replacement that was perfect from my $40 meal. I then got a call within minutes from a young lady who fights with me that there is nothing wrong with eating. it turned mine, and made me sick. I explained to her that I didn't want a refund of the entire meal, everything was wonderful, but this. I explained that I came there several times in the week and I am absolutely regular and the business of a very regular customer over a court, a customer who had never complained was crazy. I told her that we wouldn't see thema in the eye, and that was the end of the conversation. I will never go back to this place because I was treated and because they served me undercooked huhn. I will add even though as bad as this eating and experience was her sesame huh, sweet-and-sour huh, and krabb ragoon are very good.
Good food. faster service. they always see a spicy face. fa.
Unfortunately, it is not what is used. this place was really good for years, but I think it changed peculiarities and they can see the shift of reviews. I wish they were good because I love Chinese and we have no options in chickamauga.
I didn't want to take our order to the drive-thru. I called the job while I sat on the parking lot. when we completed the order, it was not mentioned that they did not take cards for a particular order. I ordered and waited for our order to pay 10 minutes, after return and the order that the woman in the window said the business can not accept a card for under x order that our order was under this order. we went elsewhere.
HORRIBLE FOOD SERVICE!!!Used to be good, but quality is gone now and prices have nearly doubled. Rude customer service Mgmt does not care.*Recommending Seasons Hibachi in Fort O instead.
