Dunkin' - Fort Oglethorpe

Not only did they give me the wrong donut, the donut itself was the worst donut I've had in my life.

I come through almost every morning and see carol at the drive through window. She always is so friendly and makes my morning better!

I just love stopping here. You go in or to the window and I always get a nice smile to greet me. The frozen coffee here is amazing.

This Dunkin is 20 mins from my house one way and my wife gets the same order almost every day but I get attitude when I tell you it has too much ice and it 's too light in color?! You realize I pay for a service if I am dissatisfied with that service you as the provider of the service should fix it. The response I got was did you want no ice in your drink? When it should have been hey how are you what was wrong with your drink? I was blown away with the lack of southern hospitality and bare minimum customer care. I could have put the car in park and held of the line to give the same attitude I received but I was the adult and drove away.

They have been out of nitro, but I still like the cold brew with added shots.
