Burger King - Fort Oglethorpe

Will never go there again! Ordered 8 piece chicken nuggets. Pulled over to eat and they had not even been cooked! Went back to complain...at least 2 other customers had come back for same reason...winder how many were travelling and noticed too late?? They should be shut down! Will report to corporate!

The floors were sticky in the lobby all the way to the bathroom (which were out of paper towels)There was a small blue bucket sitting on the counter; which had the word sanitizer written on it.The tables were empty but dirty.Saw 2 ppl standing around playing on their phones.We did our food in a timely manner ?I wish I'd thought to take pics of the filth ... but it was gross!!

Counters where dirty...needs a good manager to keep the tables and counters clean...wasn't this dirty my last visit.

If I was an inspector I would give this store a 47. The floors were sticky from the restrooms on out to the front to order. The counter wasn't too clean either with finger prints and spillage sitting there. They did bring a bucket of sanitizer and sit it on the order counter but they never wiped the counter down.My wife reported the women's restroom was dirty, sticky floors and NO towels to dry your hands with.There was plenty of help standing around doing very little they could had started cleaning and sanitizing the place. If we weren't so hungry from being busy all day we would had left. Maybe a 47 is too high of a grade. It's going to be a long time before we go back.And what is do bad that place used to be spotless now it's a dump. I hope the food will be good or I'll re-edited this review.

If a person comes through the drive through. It is the responsibility of the cashier/server to make sure that the customer in the drive thru has their drinks, food, condiments and MOST IMPORTANTLY NAPKINS. Every time you ask a customer to park around in front of the double doors you always forget to give napkins. MANAGEMENT TRAIN BETTER PLEASE.....
