Wendy's - Fort Myers

Area behind counter was filthy! Felt like we were in a freezer. Soda machine not working. No ketchup in pump. Cashier slow and confused.

So I ordered ahead and they always have the dining room closed. Then I have to wait 30 min in d thru ? to get it.

On multiple occasions I 've gone to get breakfast, and they 're not open. There 's one person working get told they are alone have to do everything their self. This is 15 minutes after they were opened. When asked how long it would be, I got a sparky toned ill be ready when I 'm ready

Terrible....maybe this is not the Iona crowd... disrespectful...waiting for 10 min by myself on the counter...manager came and went ...rolling the eyes... several times.... well they don't want me as customer.... no problem we have more places here.

This store has to be closed. Unsanitary employees and the sales bottles and tables are more than just dirty. Just disgusting.
