The Cove - Fort Myers

Absolutely the best dinner/cruise ever!!! Captain Kevin was so warm and welcoming. Helen and the rest of the crew were so attentive and efficient! The food was to die for!! My fiancee and I are interest in having our wedding on the Princess. I'm confident that it would be a very memorable occasion . I know my guests would be impressed!

Seemed to be ok with our app until we got the lobster roll. the tomatoe and lettuce were overwhelmingly huge. lobster hard to find. thought for the price they would be generous. but not

Took the family for the Mothers Day brunch, what a disappoint. The AC worked intermittently, a problem they were already aware of, on a 92 degree day. The boarding process was disorganized at best, as there was no one place to check in. The computers on the boat broke so after the cruise we all got to stand in line in the bar to pay. The food was not bad. Most of the staff was nice but one older lady had an attitude like we were sheep, not guests. The experience falls far short of the cost.

Not worth the . The AC was broken so we were all trying to go out on the deck of the boat to get cooled off...it is May in SW Florida 92 degrees...not fun when ur sweaty and trying to maneuver around other guests on the boat. Service not great, lack luster food and atmosphere
