Bidra med feedbackHad David as our server. Our meal was great, love lobster fest. I had surf and turf and David substituted grilled shrimp for the scallops since I'm not into scallops. He was great and apparently is a manager but jumped in and served because they had call offs. He was super attentive and our food was really good...Really enjoyed my evening and he suggested a vanilla bean cheese cake which I got to go.....So good....great job...
Rachel did an amazing job serving us. My bf and I really enjoyed everything, the food, the service and everything was clean. Definitely coming back soon :
I was torn writing this review because our server was really sweet, but this has to be the saddest dining experience I've had at a red lobster. My boyfriend has never been to red lobster before so I wanted to treat him to those yummy biscuits. We were greeted and sat right away. Our server walks up with a fresh basket of biscuits, yum! After that it was down hill! First, our server asked to take our order and as I ask for a Ceasar salad as my side, she lets me know they're out of all salad. Nothing chaps my hide more than being told a restaurant is out of something AFTER I ask for it. Not having a salad limits the side options basically by a 1/3, most of the other things were an upsell. Our food comes out, the lobster potatoes the alternate side I settled on) was not good and came with 3 baby lobsters! My boyfriend enjoyed his meal, until he found a nice long blonde hair in his food no we're not blonde). Needless to say that was the end of our dining experience. Our server was weeded waitress terms for super busy) since they were short staffed and it showed, but we tipped her well anyway. I'd wait to come here, they seem to need time to regroup.
Good food the lunch specials under $10 was actually 11.99 not 10$ and I didn't realize but the tablets they have at table have games and I let my 2 year old play and it cost me 1.99 on the bill.
My father lives at an assisted living facility here in Ft. Myers, so I come often to visit him. He's 102 years young, and whenever I come and ask him where he would like to go for lunch he always picks Red Lobster as his first choice. I dutifully agree, since Red Lobster is also one of my favorites restaurants. I believe I have tried most of their dishes, from simple grilled fish to Bar Harbor Bake to Lobsters to Crab legs and so on... never had a bad dish. My dad, due to his age, doesn't eat much, but loves the lobster bisque, the seafood stuffed mushrooms, the biscuits, the mussels... and always orders a Margarita to complement his feast. And at this particular Red Lobster I have to give kudos for the staff, service has always been excellent, very attentive, efficient and friendly. Special thanks to Flora, she was amazing during our last lunch there. Recommended!
