Bob Evans - Fort Myers

We don't have Bob Evans restaurants in Oklahoma. I've never been to one before. Then. Even though they existed until I was there in December 2023. Good food friendly environment. I am keto and I'm sugar-free. So it was a little hard for me to find items on the menu. But I did find food that I can eathe 2 different servers that helped me the 3 times that I went. We're friendly professional andefinite if I get back to Florida. For whatever reason I wouldn't hesitate to go there.

Picked up a Christmas feast for 10, including a turkey breast and ham.. required reheating the sides and ham. Cooking the turkey breast. I felt there should have been more ham. Food was tasty: with the exception of the undercooked pumpkin bread and the dry as a desert rolls.

Had an incredible dining experience at Bob Evans last night! Olivia, our server, was truly exceptional—on point and made the evening memorable. The restaurant impressed with delicious food, reasonable prices, and an overall amazing atmosphere. No complaints whatsoever—I'll definitely be returning for more delightful meals. Highly recommend!

I was unable to place my order on the app. So, I called to see if the order went through, and Stephanie told me it had not and took my order over the phone. I sent a friend to pick it up curbside for he, myself, and my family. Unfortunately, Stephanie didn 't hear me say Family meal and we ended up with one dinner-perfectly cooked-but not enough for all the people. I called back and asked for the manager and Stephane came to the phone. She kindly admitted her mistake and offered to remake correct quantity for no additional charge. People forget that everyone makes mistakes, it 's what you do to correct it and how your handle the situation that makes all the difference. I just wanted to thank Bob Evans and give a shout out to Stephanie who is an asset to her company.

We actually went for Thanksgiving dinner. I've been sick and was not up to cooking. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant and the food was just like home! No wait the cranberry sauce was superior to anything I've ever made!! May I have the recipe?! Amanda (Aamillion table 54/1) was our server she was busy the entire time but always wearing a smile! Thanks for making our thanksgiving dinner so wonderful!
