I have to say that margot is great that she is really the best. never had this experience at any other Taco bell, she takes care of the register while she is ordering her and then she goes to the tables to ask if everything is good and if she need anything else. she is very sweet and really takes care of the customer I have beaten by margot. all other taco bell’s should train at margot’s customer service. this 5 star review is really for margot for the taco Bell franchise please make sure that they take care of this woman because every worker would be very happy to have them on board in their team.
Came to the drive through just now at 520 pm on a Friday and Manager did not show up. There where 3 very nice people inside the dining room I still closed they told me if I could wait 10 to 15 mins so they might get the green light to make me a burrito. Feel horrible for the crew how come a manager does not have a back up plan and leave his team hanging with no support
Service was terrible. The workers had the worst attitude. The tacos we ordered barely had any meat on them.
I ordered a deluxe cravings box and instead of telling me that that item was discontinued they instead just gave me something else without specifying what i was getting. I called them and they told me oh she asked you if it was right and you said yeah but they didnt even do that. This used to be my favorite taco bell to go to in the area, whenever i felt like getting taco bell, but this is the first time ive been disappointed by the food and appalled at the customer service. Im not going out of my way to be treated like trash again.
