Ft. Mitchell Biggby Coffee

As a self-professed food lover and coffee connoisseur, I couldn't resist the chance to check out the newly remodeled Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell. With fond memories of this establishment in the past, I was eager to see the improvements made during their grand reopening. I am pleased to report that my visit was nothing short of delightful. First and foremost, the service at Biggby Coffee was exceptional. The staff was not only welcoming, but genuinely friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a sincere desire to help. It was evident that customer satisfaction was a top priority, and the staff's enthusiasm added an extra touch to my overall experience. The café's interior had received a much-needed makeover. The new floors and furniture were not only visually appealing, but also exceptionally clean. As soon as I entered, I was met with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The updated decor created a comfortable and relaxed environment, perfect for unwinding or catching up with friends. One of the standout features of the newly renovated Biggby Coffee was the addition of digital monitors displaying the menu items. This technological enhancement made it easier to navigate the extensive drink options and added a modern touch to the overall experience. The menu was clearly presented, making it simple to choose from the wide array of delicious beverages and snacks they offer. Despite the updates, the quality of their drinks and service remained consistent. I ordered my usual favorite, Lisa’s Luscious, which is a latte with white chocolate and raspberry, and it was as delightful as ever. The barista expertly crafted a perfectly balanced blend of espresso and velvety white chocolate, resulting in a rich and satisfying beverage. The attention to detail and dedication to excellence truly shone through. The grand reopening of Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell was a resounding success. The combination of excellent service, a clean and modern interior, and the same exceptional drinks made for a memorable experience. Whether you're in need of a morning pick-me-up or a cozy spot to relax, Biggby Coffee is definitely worth a visit. I will certainly be returning to indulge in their delectable offerings and enjoy their warm and inviting atmosphere once again.

The Dixie Highway location is fantastic! Everyone there is so helpful. Even during their renovation, they were so kind to us at their temporary outdoor location!

Just stopped by trailer side and arrived after store had closed for the day. The customer service was amazing and staff was friendly and personable. They accommodated me and served me. The drink was delicious and greatly appreciated after a long workday. Biggby coffee is my new favorite and will definitely be returning. Thank you and God Bless.

This is the worst biggby I’ve been to and will drive a little further next time to the next biggby. Customer service was terrible. I go to other biggby locations multiple times a week and all the other locations are friendly, not here, rude worker taking orders. My iced latte was completely full of grounds but they were working out of a trailer, maybe that’s why the drinks here are subpar.

I live near this restaurant and usually spend around $10 when I visit, including a tip. The turkey, bacon, and cheese on an everything bagel with butter is delicious! However, I gave them a 1-star rating because the customer service is lacking. The staff rarely greets customers, doesn't say thank you, and overall has unfriendly demeanor and body language. It's disappointing that the young ladies working there lack basic customer service skills. If they were more welcoming and polite, the restaurant could be a great spot. The management should train and encourage the employees to improve their customer service. I don't drive, so if it weren't on my way to the bus stop, I would go somewhere else. Thank you.
