Papa John's Pizza - Fort McMurray

Ordered a heart shaped pizza for valentines day over the phone and wasnt informed it was thin crust. Spent 60$ on two large pizzas and they are truly the worst pizzas we have ever had. Thin is an understatement, these were paper thin and burnt, bordeline not edible. When we called to nicely voice our concern they tried to charge us for more pizza and did nothing to resolve the situation. So many more local better pizza places to support so dont order this terrible pizza and support a business who doesnt care about their customers.

ZERO STARS 70 minutes to arrive for my order, they will keep your order until they receive a second order for your neighborhood. They accidentally also gave the orders of my other and came back to get him after the knowledge. I told the driver that I took a piece of him, but he still insisted on taking it and delivering it to the intended house, that is uncertain and complete garbage. NOTE OR OF PAPA JOHNS FORT MCMURRAY

Ordered pizza for pickup during our stay in Hinton. The pizza was ready in time and the owner was very friendly. The pizza was fresh with decent toppings. Great service. Great food!
