Pizza Hut - Fort Madison

Decent buffet for the price. Friendly and efficient server.

NO NO NO NO!!!!!Ordered and wanted delivery. Order taker hung up so did not know if the order went thru. Was pissed so drove there. Explained situations placed new order. Waited about 20min. Wife calls me as I am on the way back with the pizza to tell me the pizza was delivered. WHAT? So get back home and we discover BOTH pizzas were wrong. WTF PIZZA HUT!!! The lady at the restaurant was super nice and helpful and apologized for the mix up. Appreciate that so that wins them bacl 2 stars. It's had been quite awhile since i had ordered from the Hut there are just so many other options these days. Now doubt I will ever try Pizza Hut again.

Well, this was a bit of a pleasant surprise for us. We grew up going to Pizza Hut. For a time, it had become not as good as some of our local offerings of pizza. However, we started with a small order of chicken wings; this led to their calzones, followed by their pizzas. We are happy that they've gotten back to their roots. So many well established restaurants tend to stagnate or use frozen ingredients. You can tell they're doing it right. They updated their dining room, and they have fast and friendly service.

Our pizza was awful. Was not fresh at all. Cold and even looked awful. Had one slice and we dumped it.
