The staff at this restaurant are very amiable and welcoming.

The restaurant has hired more friendly staff and upgraded their equipment, resulting in a warm, inviting, and fast coffee experience. Special praise goes to Dennise, the manager, for her outstanding customer service and for training her staff to provide the same level of service. A big thank you to all the staff – you guys are awesome!

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, even when their equipment was not working properly. The employees are polite, but it appears that there are not enough of them, as mentioned in other reviews. It is crucial for the restaurant to maintain cleanliness, especially having experience working as a barista and knowing how quickly it can get out of hand if not cleaned regularly. The main issue I have noticed is with the management, as they are responsible for setting the schedule and determining priorities. I would not blame the baristas for any shortcomings, especially since I have not seen the same one twice.
