Wendy's - Fort Lauderdale

Don't bother!... The wait is 15-30mins long on average. There are only five people working the drive thru and its always wrapped around the restaurant. super slow service you could catch the bus to the next nearest Wendy's and get service and still make it home faster than going to this place! Fries were fresh that's why they got 2 stars still!

Good food! Little expensive though! My co-worker and I went for a regular lunch meal and it ended up being $25 for a double cheeseburger and chicken sandwich!

I made a mobile order at 3:39pm and did not receive my food until 4:05pm. The general manager called the manager on duty and told her to send everyone home because they did not want to pay the employees overtime. Approximately 4-5 employees were sent home immediately and 20 or more customers were left in the store not being served. The line in the drive-thru barely moved in those 26minutes we waited in the store.

After waiting 15 mins in line and it wasn't even lunch time! I had to explain 5 times to the cashier my order and he still got it wrong. No napkins, no ketchup, tables and floor disgustingly dirty. And the manager could care less! This place is a disaster! Should seriously consider closing!

Super slow with everything and they forget my nuggets and bbq sauce. always forget the Bbq sauce. but the nuggets?
