Mcdonald's - Fort Lauderdale

Lazy staff who don't bring order on their table, they just scream their number and their necessity to pick up their tablet from the counter

The service was extremely slow and we had to ask for missing items from our order both times we came here. I ordered 4 piece nuggets, cheeseburger, and medium fry and it took 20 minutes and getting upset finally get those three items. It was ridiculous.

This place is full of thieves. I forgot my phone in there and went back for it. They stated it wasn't in there. I told them that I had find my iphone and I'm calling the police all of a sudden their memory kicks in and they remember that they have it. This phone in general had some specific data on there that would lead to some hefty charges for theft. I have decided to pursue a police report and further follow up with this issue. Highly suggest not going in there or make sure you leave any valuables at home if you must. Truly disgusting.

This happened at THIS McDonalds. Not long ago I ordered using McDonalds TERRIBLE MOBILE app. When I was waiting on the food I saw I was charged for the extra 2 Big Macs. I realized they added in 2 Big Macs when I tried to add just a Small Fry to go with our 2 Filet-O-Fish on our order that the 2 of us were going to eat. Before the food arrived I spoke to the Register person who had no idea what to do. She went in the back and brought another person out (I assume it was a shift leader or manager) and she said for me to tell My Bank. I told her that made No Sense and I haven 't gotten the food yet. Obviously talking to them in person was NO HELP. Then I used the App Contact Us section and that was EQUALLY NO HELP! 1st of all, they should have not given me the 2 Big Macs that I hadn 't received yet (I was charged for) and just given me a Credit...it 's NOT rocket science. I had the receipts.

Took my order pleasantly enough. Asked me to pull ahead a little bit my breakfast wasn't ready which was fine. The manager threw in a hash brown for me since I had to wait but I didn't have to wait long so very nice of them.
